主要功能和結構特點：
1．袋長無需人工設定,設備運行中自動檢測,自動設定。
2．雙變頻簡約機械結構,易維護、磨損少、壽命長。
3．主控電路采用本公司研制的單片機，觸摸屏顯示，變頻器控制，良好的人機界面，操作集中直觀、方便。
4．包裝速度和成袋長度采用雙變頻器控制。無級變速，調節范圍寬，可以與生產線的前道工序*匹配。
5．高感光電眼自動準確跟蹤。
6．各封口溫度獨立控制，適合多種包裝材料，封口美觀牢固。
7．可安裝間歇充氣裝置、噴酒精裝置、機械插角裝置和打碼機。

Main function and characteristic:
1.No need manually set bag length. During operation the machine can automatically self-detect and set the bag length.
2.Double transducer simplifies mechanic gearing. Easy to maintain, little wear and long life.
3.The main control circuit takes the single chip developed by our own company. Touch screen display, controlled by transducer. Perfect interface between operator and machine. Integrated, direct and convenient operation.
4.The packing speed and bag length is controlled by double transducers. CVT changes speed in a wide range. Well match with the former procedure on production line.
5.Highly sensitivity photoelectric device tracking automatically and accuray.
6.Independent temperature control for each seal to make the seal beautiful and tight. Suitable for a variety of packing materials.
7.Intermission charging device, alcohol spraying device, gusseting device and code printer can be mounted.
Application scope:
Applicable for packing various solid regular objects, such as biscuits, bread, instant noodle, candy, medicine, commodity, hardware parts, boxes or trays etc.
